Purchase and Booking Instructions

  • Experiences (except the Flying Experience) can be booked any day of the year, excluding Christmas Day & Boxing Day
  • Choose the relevant experience to make a purchase, then call or email the Sanctuary to make your booking or request your e-voucher (valid for 12 months) if purchasing as a gift
  • A minimum of one week’s notice is recommended, especially in busy periods/school holidays
  • Experience prices exclude entry to the Sanctuary except Keeper Experiences
